We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how you can return items and request refunds.

Return Window

Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process

To return an item, contact our customer support at lovinscent03@gmail.com. We will provide instructions and a return address. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product, contact us directly. We will guide you through the process and assist with shipping the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will replace it at no extra cost.
